I'm a 3x entrepreneur, Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Certified Executive Coach. I've lived every stage of the business ownership journey.  Over the past 30+ years, I've founded, grown, and successfully exited multiple companies. That includes my most recent sale of SnailWorks, a direct mail tracking and marketing platform I helped build into a profitable, well-run business before navigating its sale.

 

I've experienced what it feels like to exit in distress and to exit in strength, and I know the difference comes down to preparation.  Those experiences are why I launched ExitWell. I wanted to help other business owners avoid the costly mistakes I made early on, and to build the kind of companies that give their owners real choices, whether that means selling for top dollar, passing the business to family, or simply having a company that runs without them.
